Kallem terms
Effective 2 October 2026. Kallem is a HAYTH video meeting service. Guests can join with a link; hosts sign in to start and schedule meetings.

Use
Do not harass people, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, or disrupt meetings. Share private meeting and booking links only with intended recipients. Hosts control admission and their own meeting rules.
Meetings and recordings
A host may record when the feature is available. Kallem displays an in-room notice; the host remains responsible for additional notice or consent required for that meeting. On a computer, the recording is made by the host's own browser and uploaded to Kallem's storage as the meeting goes; on other devices Kallem's media server makes it. A host can share or revoke a recording link. LearnFeed classrooms follow LearnFeed's separate access and publication rules.
Bookings
Guests can request a published appointment with an email verification code. Confirmation, changes, cancellation, and calendar files are sent by email. A booking does not guarantee the host will hold the meeting.
Availability and price
Kallem is in beta. Paid Kallem plans are unavailable for purchase. Features and capacity may change, and service may be interrupted. A meeting link ends when its host closes it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Manual payment requests
Paid intake is currently closed. If it is opened later, the payment page will show the approved EGP price and Vodafone Cash or InstaPay recipient. A signed-in host may submit a transaction reference and screenshot for founder review. A submitted screenshot is not confirmation of payment and does not activate a paid plan. Do not transfer money until the payment page displays the exact offer and recipient.
Subscriptions and card payment
Paid plans can be bought by card through Stripe, our payment provider. A subscription renews automatically for the period you chose (one month or one year) until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in billing settings or through "Cancel contracts here" in the footer of every page, without signing in; the plan then ends at the end of the period already paid for and nothing further is charged. If you do not expressly ask for the plan to start immediately, nothing is charged for fourteen days and the plan and its billing begin together after that. While Kallem is in its test phase, card payment uses Stripe test mode and no real money is taken.
Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
If paid plans open and you buy one as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of concluding it, without giving any reason. Tell us by a clear statement — an email to learnfeed.support@gmail.com or a letter to the address above — or use the withdrawal function at /widerruf, the "Withdraw" link in the footer of every page. Sending the notice before the period ends is enough. We then reimburse everything received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of your notice, by the same means of payment and with no fee. If you asked us to start the plan during that period, you pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided. The right lapses once we have fully performed, but only if we began after you expressly asked us to and acknowledged losing it (§ 356 Abs. 4 BGB) — both are optional, and declining them simply means the plan starts after the fourteen days.

Accounts and law
Contact learnfeed.support@gmail.com to request Kallem data or recording deletion. Deleting Kallem data does not delete a shared HAYTH account used by another product. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence remain intact and are not displaced by that choice.
